Community membership is available to Front Arena customers, service partners, plus SunGard employees and subcontractors.

As a member of the Front Arena community you will have access to additional on-line learning and support resources: 

  • Access to the Front Arena Knowledgebase, including documentation, downloads, forums and more.
  • Access to additional learning resources from Front University.

The resources you will have access to corresponds to your assigned membership level, typically whether your organisation is a prospect, partner, customer etc.

Knowledgebase replaced our earlier Customer Central site in summer 2006

Each membership application is manually verified which can take a number of working days.

Full name: Feel free to include a title
e.g. Mr, Ms, Dr
Email address: This will become your username. We will send messages to this address regarding your membership. We will not share your email address with or sell it to any third parties.
Password: Note that community sites are not always accessed over a secure connection. Therefore do not use a sensitive password matching your network login, internet bank etc.
Employer: Membership is only available to Front Arena customers and service partners, plus SunGard employees and subcontractors
